Our Design Process

Our initial design consultation is an exclusive and personalized experience tailored to each client's specific needs and desires. We begin with a thorough assessment of your space, including its architecture, lighting, and existing furnishings, and follow with an in-depth discussion of your style preferences, lifestyle, and budget. We will also use this time to determine your project budget and timeline and outline the scope of work.
After this call, we will provide the Contractual Agreement and Project Proposal for approval. Once we have received the signed proposal and project deposit, we’ll move on to Step 2!
This consultation is typically 60-90 minutes. There is a $200 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your project once we get started.

During this phase, we will conduct a thorough analysis of the site and its context, research your needs and preferences, and develop and present our design concept. This presentation may include sketches, renderings, and other visual aids. During this meeting, we’ll get your feedback to incorporate into our final design.
We will conduct a site visit, complete the necessary research for sourcing, and develop a design concept tailored to your aesthetic and needs.

We carefully consider any feedback you provided during our concept presentation and incorporate it into our final design. Any elements of the design that require support from additional contractors, such as electrical, plumbing, or structural work, are reviewed and coordinated to include in the final presentation and quote.
This presentation includes your final design elements, proposed floor plan layouts, and any information available from additional contractors needed, such as electricians, plumbers, or structural engineers.
Our final design presentations are typically 90-120 minutes long.

After the final design is approved, we will send you an invoice for the purchase price of all approved items, as well as for your final design payment. Once full payment has been received, our procurement and logistics team will purchase the items and coordinate receiving, storage, and delivery.

Once all of your items have arrived, we will schedule your installation! Our team will work with our delivery agent to place furniture, style artwork, and decor, and ensure your home’s design matches your vision perfectly. We will then complete a walk-through of your space with you to ensure you are fully satisfied with your design.
