Terms and Conditions
1. All images on this site remain the property and ownership of Marie Jones Designs Photography (MJD Photography) at all times.
2. All images on this site remain under the copyright © of Marie Jones Designs Photography (MJD Photograpy) at all times, regardless of whether the purchased image is used for personal or corporate use. If used for corporate use, '© Marie Jones Designs Photography' should be inserted under the image.
3. MJD Photography reserves the right to place images on the website at its own discretion, and remove images at its own discretion
4. All images under the section PORTFOLIO have been granted special permission by the clients featured to appear on this site, under the agreement no photo will be used for any other purpose then that mentioned above and will not be downloaded by other persons to be used in any other context.
5. When an image/poster/greeting card is purchased via THE SHOP, the client is entering into an agreement to purchase the image via PAYPAL in advance of receiving the image in the post, or via email.
6. If the client is dissatisfied with the image once they have received it in the post or via email, the client must contact MJD Photography stating the reasons why, and returning the image, within 14 days of receipt. MJD Photography will review and respond within 7 working days.
7. If a client is interested in commissioning a PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION, MJD Photography will respond within 7 working days to the request by setting up a visit to show portfolio and discuss client's needs. The PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION will be at a mutually agreed time and location for both the client and MJD Photography.
8. If the client needs to rearrange a PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION, MJD Photography will be happy to consider alternative dates. MJD Photography reserves the right to change an agreed photography session at short notice and contact the client promptly to rearrange.
9. An invoice will be enclosed with delivery of the CD of all photos from the PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION. The client is entering into an agreement to pay this invoice within 30 days. If booking for a wedding or commercial photo shoot a 15%-30% deposit will be requested.
10. MJD Photography reserves the right to change prices stated on this website and any information stated at any time without notice
11. PRIVACY POLICY : MJD Photography respects the rights of individuals to privacy and upholds the following practices with regard to all information supplied about users of this website.
In order to make purchases on this website, or to request a photography session certain information may be required by MJD Photography, such as name, telephone number and address. By agreeing to give this information, MJD Photography will utilise this information to provide the service requested and not use it or utilise it for any other purpose. Although MJD Photography will not pass on this information without your consent, because of the nature of the internet, such data may pass through any country.
MJD Photography reserves the right to change these Terms of Use and Private Policy at any time without notice. These conditions set out the agreement between MJD Photography and You, the client relating to your use of this website
